Cancellation Policy & Company Policies
1. Advance Booking Requirement
All services are provided strictly by prior reservation. Availability is guaranteed only once the booking has been confirmed.
2. Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hours before service:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time are free of charge.
Between 24 hours and 12 hours before service:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reserved service will apply.
Less than 12 hours before service or no-show:
100% of the reserved service will be charged.
For multi-day or large event bookings, specific cancellation terms may apply and will be agreed upon in advance.
3. Modifications
Clients may request changes to their booking (time adjustments, additional stops, service extensions) subject to availability. Additional time will be billed according to the agreed hourly rate.
4. Waiting Time
Waiting time is included within the reserved time block.
For airport services, flight monitoring is provided. In case of delay, the service will be adjusted accordingly within reasonable limits.
5. Time-Based Pricing
Our pricing model is based on reserved time, not kilometers traveled.
The vehicle and driver are exclusively assigned to the client during the contracted period.
All pricing is agreed in advance. No hidden fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
Respect the vehicle and driver
Comply with local laws and regulations
Inform us in advance of any special requirements
Damage caused to the vehicle may result in additional charges.
7. Force Majeure
Lexum Mobility is not responsible for delays caused by extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, road closures, public disturbances, or government restrictions.
8. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
Discretion and confidentiality are core values of our service.
All client information and transportation details are handled with strict professionalism.
