General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the transportation services provided by Lexum Mobility, based in Barcelona, Spain.
By booking or using our services — whether through our website, email, phone or WhatsApp — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
Lexum Mobility reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Services Offered
Lexum Mobility provides professional pre-booked private transportation services in and around Barcelona, including:
- Dedicated time block service (hourly or full-day hire)
- Airport transfers — arrivals and departures
- Corporate and event transportation
- Multi-day executive packages
- VIP and private client services
All services are provided on a pre-booked basis only. We do not operate as a street-hail taxi service.
Bookings & Reservations
All bookings must be made in advance via our official channels: website, email or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from Lexum Mobility.
When making a booking, the client is responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- Full name and contact number
- Pick-up date, time and location
- Drop-off location
- Number of passengers and luggage
- Flight number (for airport transfers)
Lexum Mobility is not liable for delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of booking.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
Prices may vary based on:
- Distance and route
- Time of day or night surcharges
- Waiting time beyond agreed allowances
- Tolls, parking or airport fees (where applicable)
- Additional services requested during the journey
Payment may be made by bank transfer, card (via secure third-party processor) or cash, as agreed at the time of booking. For corporate accounts, invoicing terms are agreed separately.
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 24 hours before the service: Full refund or free rescheduling
- Between 6 and 24 hours before the service: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 6 hours before the service: Full charge applies
- No-show: Full charge applies
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp. The cancellation time is recorded at the moment Lexum Mobility receives written notice.
For multi-day packages and corporate contracts, specific cancellation terms will be agreed in writing at the time of booking.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat our drivers and vehicles with respect at all times. Lexum Mobility reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service without refund if a passenger:
- Is abusive, threatening or aggressive toward the driver
- Is under the influence of alcohol or substances in a disruptive manner
- Causes or is likely to cause damage to the vehicle
- Violates any applicable law
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the journey. Cleaning fees or repair costs will be charged accordingly.
Liability
Lexum Mobility carries full commercial insurance covering passengers during all journeys. All drivers hold the required professional licenses and are fully compliant with Spanish transport regulations.
Lexum Mobility is not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, road closures or circumstances beyond our control
- Missed flights, trains or appointments due to unforeseen delays
- Loss of or damage to personal belongings during the journey
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind
We strongly recommend that all clients hold adequate travel insurance for their trip.
Delays & Force Majeure
For airport arrivals, Lexum Mobility monitors flight information and adjusts pick-up times accordingly at no extra charge. Waiting time of up to 60 minutes after the scheduled landing time is included free of charge.
Lexum Mobility shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfil obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Accidents or road incidents not involving our vehicles
- Acts of government or public authority
- Industrial action or civil unrest
- Pandemic or public health emergencies
In such cases, Lexum Mobility will make every reasonable effort to inform the client as early as possible and propose an alternative solution.
Lost Property
Any items left in our vehicles will be held securely for a period of 30 days. Clients are responsible for arranging collection or delivery of lost items. Delivery charges may apply.
Lexum Mobility is not liable for the loss of or damage to any personal belongings left unattended in the vehicle.

Privacy & Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
